Cameron Carter-Vickers is the best bit of transfer business Celtic have done this summer.
That's according to Si Ferry who views the American's permanent signing as a "necessity" for his former club following last season's title win and the defender's player of the year nod. CCV, who spent last term on loan but completed a £6million switch this window, was a rock at the heart of the Hoops defence and has started this season off well, too. He featured 45 times for Celts last year and will likely be Ange Postecoglou's first choice centre-half again.
